Hello, I’m Tony

Therapy that meets you where you are—in every sense.

I’m Tony Dunne, an MIACP Accredited Psychotherapist. My approach is humanistic and person-centred: I meet you as a person, not a diagnosis.

Living abroad can be exciting and deeply rewarding. It can also bring loneliness, relationship pressure, uncertainty and a sense of being caught between two places. Even in beautiful surroundings, life can feel difficult.

Our work offers a steady, confidential space to understand what is happening, reconnect with your own strengths and begin moving towards greater hope, meaning and purpose.
